Stress Management Module: This module helps participants to understand the causes of stress and how to deal with stress. We will practice numerous and the latest stress management techniques that effectively help to reduce stress levels, improving coping skills and encourage a positive attitude.
Presentation Skills Module: Good business presentation skills are more often than not, the deciding factor between success and failure in many proposals. Whether it's a pitch to a client or trying to convince colleagues and superiors, great presentation techniques can make it or break it, and hence the importance of these skills must never be undermined. This module covers a wide range of presentation techniques and situations thereby significantly contributing to enhanced efficacy.
Problem Solving Module: This course aims at providing Executives and Managers a set of problem solving tools that will help them innovatively diagnose and solve problems in their everyday work. In whatever form they may arise, problem solving must be dealt with at a root cause level. Successful business leaders have learnt how to view and deal with problems by developing effective problem solving strategies. Team Building Module: It is important to recognize that a team is a collection of related but disparate individuals. We conduct a TNA and accordingly customize each program to meet the needs and objectives of the organization. Having a deeper understanding of the needs and challenges help us to identify the skills and knowledge that will create the difference. Each program is interactive, participatory and includes readiness and reinforcement activities. The role-plays give the participants the ability to practice the skills and use it when they start work on the next day.
