About Priyangbada Datta

Priyangbada is a NABET accredited and SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority) certified Corporate Trainer with wide-ranging experience in consumer market research, development sector communication and expatriate counseling. With a Personal Branding diploma from Conselle (USA), she works with teams and individuals to hone their skills, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves thus leading to greater productivity. Her TTT experience has further equipped her to engage with her audience via interactive and experiential learning techniques.

She is currently empanelled with ICICI Bank and is an educator at ICBI. She has conducted facilitation sessions at INOX, GFL group, KANTAR, Milward Brown among others. Priyangbada's corporate career, post completion of her MBA, spans over a decade and a half, across Mumbai, Shanghai and Delhi NCR. Her steady progress from being a Research Executive to a Director has sensitized her to the training needs across all levels of the organization. Having substantial work experience in service-oriented companies like AC Neilsen and Taylor-Nelson Sofres, she specializes in 'people-consulting'. Being a skilled Qualitative-researcher and adept at moderating focus-group discussions, Priyangbada is able to maximize participation and inspire enthusiasm in her sessions. Her professional interactions with both Governmental bodies (Ministry of Rural Development and Ministry of Women & Child Development) as well as with NGOs (OXFAM India, NACO, CAF India) have enhanced her communication repertoire. She is actively involved with IMPA and has done voluntary work with organisations like Literacy India.
